It’s by Thermaltake – of course it’s great. Fantastic power supply for my high-end quad-core AMD system. Voltages are rock-solid and within tight tolerances on all rails. And it’s QUIET. I’ve never (not) heard any power supply this quiet.

600 barely satisfies what my system actually wants (mid 500’s). If I were buying a no-name supply, I would buy a full K and hope it could deliver half of that. But I had enough confidence in Thermaltake that I bought only what I needed (on spec), and it has been running perfectly (and QUIETLY) for three months now.

When you buy a cheap PS, you need to way overbuy. When you buy quality, you can buy what you need.

EXCELLENT PSU.. GREAT BUY sorry amazon but I bought it off Newegg (it was only 29$ after rebate I couldn’t resist) This PSU is SILENT I am also running it on my Quad core AMD system…

PROCESSOR: AMD Phenom X4 955 @ 3.6GHz on a stock cooler.. it was an X2 when I bought it *unlocked the other 2 cores in BIOS*

    MOBO: MSI 785GTME-45

GPU: BFG 9600GT OC edition overclocked even more by myself

RAM: Patriot 1066MHz Gaming Low Lat. W/ Heatsinks

    CASE: Aspire X-Discovery

COOLING: 1 120mm fan in back (exhaust), 1 80mm in front (intake)then obvious CPU, GPU and PSU factory cooling

This thing replaced my No-Name 420W that came with my case I decided it was time for an upgrade before I Do more Overclocking and buy a new Thermaltake FRIO CPU cooler hopefully to hit 4.2-4.5GHz on the CPU

Bottom Line: I love Thermaltake, they have never let me down once… great products at great prices.. thats why I’m buying a FRIO Cooler if I can confirm it fits of course.
